Checklist of items needed for your Home Loan

Verification of income

  • Last 2 years W-2 and/or 1099 forms

  • Most recent 30 days of pay stubs

  • Federal tax returns for the past two years- all schedules

  • If you are self-employed please contact me for a list of needed docs

  • Additional income: social security, rental income, overtime bonus, commission, interest income, veteran's benefits etc. contact me for what's needed.


Verification of your assets

  • checking and savings account statements for the previous 2 months - all pages

  • asset statements for any retirement or investment accounts - last 2 months or recent quarter- all pages

  • documentation of any other liquid asset - contact me to discuss what may be needed 

 

Information about the purchase

  • Copy of the signed purchase contract & all addendums

  • Copy of the earnest money deposit to the seller


Information about the refinance

  • Most recent mortgage statement

  • Most recent HOA invoice, if applicable

  • Copy of your Homeowner's Insurance Policy

Other Items 

  • If you are a non-US citizen - copy of green card or other legal residency paperwork
     

  • Legible copy of your government issued ID such as a Driver's License
     

  • If you recently sold Real Estate - copy of the Final Settlement Statement
     

  • If recently Divorced - We may need a copy of your divorce decree & if paying or receiving support - copy of child support/spousal support agreement
     

  • If applicable - copies of previous bankruptcy, foreclosure or short sale documentation
